Who we are

This website is run by move38 B.V., Amstelveen, the Netherlands (KVK 99641313). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@m38.ai.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message.

Visiting the site: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking.

Legal basis

We process contact form data because we have a legitimate interest in answering messages, or because you ask us to take steps before entering into an agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (article 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and sends contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google (Google Workspace): our email.

Both may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted. Technical data is kept by our hosting provider for a short period.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or hand over your data, to restrict its use, or object to it. Email hello@m38.ai. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
